What makes this different/ 02

Four reasons this isn’t just office space.

01

Dedicated. Not shared.

Monthly tenants get one office — theirs, exclusively. No rotation, no scheduling around other practitioners.

02

A campus, not a suite.

Three private acres with mature oak trees in the middle of Cypress. Not a strip mall, not a medical office building. A setting that supports the kind of work you do.

03

The referral network is here.

Monthly networking events and neighbors across disciplines. When clients need more than you offer, the answer could be down the hall.

04

Two specialty rooms, available to all.

A fully equipped group & multipurpose room for sessions, trainings, and workshops — plus a purpose-built play therapy room that’s rare to find anywhere in the Cypress market. Both included for tenants, by reservation.

03Who we serve

Cypress Wellness Campus group and multipurpose room
01 · Specialty

The Group & Multipurpose Room

A large, fully flexible room with no permanent furnishings — configure it however the work requires. Folding tables and chairs are provided; arrange them for a training, set them aside for a group circle, or clear the floor entirely for movement or somatic work. Equipped with a projector, soundbar, and large whiteboard.

Use it for group therapy, DBT intensives, EMDR trainings, CEU workshops, clinical supervision, client presentations, team meetings, or any gathering that needs a professional room with flexible setup. We also make this space available at no cost to peer support groups in the Cypress community — AA, NA, CoDa, and similar. Reach out to schedule.

Cypress Wellness Campus play therapy room
02 · Specialty

The Play Therapy Room

Purpose-built and fully equipped for child and play therapy work. The room includes a chalkboard wall, sand tray, giant dollhouse, and an extensive library of books, games, and toys — everything a play therapist needs, without the overhead of building it yourself.

Free for tenants with a reservation. Also available by the hour to non-tenants — a rare resource in the Cypress market for practitioners who need a dedicated child-appropriate space without a full-time commitment.

08The community

The people next door are your referral network.

Picture this: a child comes in for speech therapy and also needs an OT evaluation and dietary support. Their family doesn’t have to make three separate appointments across town. That’s the vision we’re building — and we’re looking for the practitioners who want to be part of it.

We host monthly networking events for tenants, but most of the referral relationships form on their own — in the break room, in the hallway between sessions, in the day-to-day rhythm of working in the same building as people who do complementary work.

This isn’t just a co-working space. It’s a professional community.

Flex track/ 09

Not ready for a full-time office? Reserve a day or two per week.

A practical option for practitioners who only need space a few days a week — whether you’re building a caseload, running a part-time practice, or want to try the campus before committing to a monthly office.

01

One Day Per Week

Reserve a consistent day each week in the shared flex office. A natural fit for practitioners building a part-time caseload.

Something else in mind?

Every business is different. If a standard weekly arrangement doesn’t quite fit — different days each week, a seasonal schedule, or something else entirely — reach out and let’s talk through it.

Let’s talk
Location/ 10

Rooted community. Growing corridor.

16693 Huffmeister Road sits in established Cypress — adjacent to Fairfield, Coles Crossing, and Longwood Village, communities where families made a deliberate choice to put down roots. Many residents in these neighborhoods have been here since the late 1990s. Their children went to CFISD schools; some of those children now bring their own kids to the same pediatricians. That’s the kind of community this is — and it shapes the kind of practice you can build here.

Cypress-Fairbanks ISD serves more than 115,000 students across 56 elementary schools — the third-largest school district in Texas. One in four residents in this zip code is under 15. The demand for child and family services here isn’t a trend; it’s built into the fabric of the community. Practitioners who set up in Cypress don’t struggle to fill a caseload — they build waitlists.

The corridor is still growing — Cypress consistently tops relocation charts for the Houston metro — but 77429 has something the newer corridors don’t: stability. These are clients who stay, refer their neighbors, and come back when life changes again.

A new kind of campus/ 11

We’re launching something intentional.

Cypress Wellness Campus is opening its doors to independent practitioners for the first time. This isn’t a pivot — it’s a deliberate build. The owner, Jasie Boyd, LCSW-S, brings 15+ years of practice experience to every detail of how this space was designed and run. She knows what practitioners need from a professional home, because she’s been one.

The offices are ready. The infrastructure is in place. And we’re looking for the right practitioners to be part of what this community becomes from day one.
